About the home

Sun, sand, and surf — minutes from your front door.

Tucked on a quiet, tree-lined street in the heart of downtown Huntington Beach, this newly built coastal craftsman is designed for the way families and friends actually vacation. A soaring great room with hand-hewn beams opens to a chef’s kitchen and oversized farmhouse dining table. Plantation shutters, white oak floors, and a soft palette of seafoam and sand keep things calm; the rooftop deck — with fire pit, dining for eight, and an outdoor bar — keeps things fun.

You’re four short blocks from the Pacific, three from Main Street’s shops and restaurants, and steps from the bike path along Pacific Coast Highway. Walk to the pier in ten minutes — or grab one of the two beach cruisers and two skateboards waiting in the garage.

What people say

★★★★★

“Beautiful, spacious home in the heart of HB, just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Well appointed kitchen, large open gathering space, lovely inside and out. Additional perks that we loved - outdoor 2nd floor patio with lots of seating with fire pit table, and 3 ensuite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. Leslie did a great job settling us in and answering any questions. Highly recommended!!!”

★★★★★

“Great gathering spot for our family reunion. We were able to walk to beach, shops and restaurants easily. Excellent kitchen and out side grill; as well as third level 'deck' with built-ins for enjoying the evenings! We were all pleased with the bedrooms and lots of extra space and bathrooms! The caretaker responses to the few questions we had were near immediate. Will definitely return for our next family event:”
