Beautiful, spacious home in the heart of HB, just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Well appointed kitchen, large open gathering space, lovely inside and out. Additional perks that we loved - outdoor 2nd floor patio with lots of seating with fire pit table, and 3 ensuite bathrooms for privacy and comfort. Leslie did a great job settling us in and answering any questions. Highly recommended!!!
Great gathering spot for our family reunion. We were able to walk to beach, shops and restaurants easily. Excellent kitchen and out side grill; as well as third level 'deck' with built-ins for enjoying the evenings! We were all pleased with the bedrooms and lots of extra space and bathrooms! The caretaker responses to the few questions we had were near immediate. Will definitely return for our next family event:

Our visit began when we were greeted by the very welcoming host, who gave us a tour of the house. Decorated in costal blue and white, the house is even more beautiful than the photos. We enjoyed the great room with living room, dining area and amazing kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal. We had plenty of room for the eight of us. We walked to the beach, restaurants, mall and farmers market. We all had a fantastic time and hope to return to this beautiful house for another family vacation.
Beautiful large home very close to downtown HB and the beach. Spacious in every way. Really nice to have each bedroom their private full bathroom. And kitchen/great room wonderful for family to gather.

House is amazing.
So close to all the restaurants and shops. The great room/kitchen is huge with vaulted ceilings and lots of light. Plenty of room for 6. Wish checkout could be a bit later, like maybe noon.
Everything as described or even better!!! So beautiful and spacious! We were in town for the Air Show but unfortunately it was too overcast for the show to been seen. Our local family was able to stop by and visit.The location couldn’t be more perfect! Everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation! Thank you!
We loved our stay! The house is ao close to everything beach/ Main Street in Huntington Beach. The communication with the property manager was easy and the house is just as pretty as the pictures.

The house was just as described and within walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops. We traveled with my 2 daughters and their 2 friends for a senior trip. The girls were able to walk to coffee and shopping and the area was safe. My only complaint is the pillows in the master bedroom. They were super flat, and we could not find any extra pillows. Aside from that minor complaint, everything was great!
This home is very clean and close to the ocean. Second time staying at this same location and it definitely didn’t disappoint us. Fun for all ages very spacious and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
This house is fresh and unreal. Huge roof deck w bbq and plenty of seating w amazing views of the actual ocean! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is perfect for family gatherings. There is a ton of kid friendly amenities. Leslie is so great. I will definetly rent again! Thank you!!
We’ve stayed at this place every time I come to Hungtington. The house is spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen is a great place for the whole family to gather and is well stocked.
We stayed for 5 nights with our 2 teenage daughters and their firends and we really enjoyed our stay. The home is huge and very beautiful with large bedrooms with each having a full bath. The beach, restaurants, and bars and shopping are all within a short walk. We would definitely stay again next summer.
What an amazing home away from home! The location is perfect - we parked our car upon arrival and didn’t need it until departure. The home is pristine, spotless, inviting and had everything we needed for a fun day at the beach. We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again!
We rented the house to visit family members nearby. The property is beautiful and stocked with just about anything you could need. The location can't be beat if you want to be near the beach and downtown activity and having on-site parking is a huge benefit. The check in/out process was easy, communication was great and we have no complaints. It was a great stay and we highly recommend!

This sparkling clean and spacious home was the perfect setting for our growing family of adults and their significant others to comfortably gather and create new memories together. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom to retire to each night. We had brunch and mimosas on the rooftop deck; ate piles of spaghetti and garlic bread around the huge family room table on the main floor; lingered for hours playing games each evening; loaded up the wagon with provided beach towels and umbrellas and toodled off to the beach just a few short streets away; popped over a street or two on foot to Main Street for tacos and handcrafted cocktails & hung out with the friendly locals and tourists. The property manager Leslie was SO attentive and helpful. This house is truly a gem equipped with everything you could possibly need, ample space (and parking) and is situated in the perfect location. We will definitely be back!
We had a delightful experience. So happy we chose to stay at this property. My wife loved the beds. Said they were super comfortable and wants to upgrade our mattress at home to the same make/model as these beds. Also she loved the kitchen, flooring and the furnishing. We would recommend for anyone interested to stay in the Huntington Beach area.

This is a wonderful property with a great location! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers in our party for an extended weekend stay. The home was very tastefully done, comfortable beds, very clean, and provided all the necessary essentials to cook meals and best of all it was a short walk to town and the beach. The allowed use of the 2 car garage was very helpful and there was available street parking as it was off-season. Jake the owner was very attentive to our questions prior to our arrival. This is a 5 star rental, will be back!

This house is great! Six of us with a toddler stayed here and we were very comfortable. The house is very nice and walking distance to the beach and main st. Communication with the host was also very smooth. We were very happy with our stay and would love to stay here again.
Jake and his property managers were just great. They provided recommendations of places to go and where to eat, and if I ever needed anything at all, they were always just a few minutes away with a text or call. Our stay just couldn't have been better. I love that there was everything that we needed and didn't expect to be there, especially a high chair for our 1 year old. You can tell that the owners built this place with lots of care and detail, and it just made this luxury stay ever the better. We hope to stay at this beautiful property once again not too far in the future. We are truly grateful.
This property is perfection. Leslie, Leo and Jake were responsive, helpful and so welcoming. The kitchen and pantry have everything you need. Each room having its own bathroom was a treat! The open layout of the living space and the incredible rooftop were amazing. We loved our entire experience and can’t wait to return!
If you like walking distance to everything HB has to offer, you get it here. The neighborhood is great, the house is beautiful and well maintained. The kids and adults had their own spaces and plenty of room for all your extras if you bring them. We brought our bikes to bike the paths but you don’t need them at all to get to main st and the beach. Good times!
The house was well set up. It’s a beautiful place. Everyone was comfortable and the beds were great. Proximity was nice to easily walk downtown. You can hear a little bit of action from the back alley as people return from partying but it was minimal. We would stay again. Great place.

We so enjoyed this beach house. It was perfect for our family. It was so spacious that the 6 of us could all have our own space and come together for meals and movies. The walk to the beach was short and the wagon made it easy to take the provided beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys. We were able to walk the short few blocks to restaurants for breakfast and dinner. My grandkids did not want to leave this house to return home!
This property is incredible. We are Ritz Carlton/Four Seasons clients and this was everything. The property manager lives across the street and is just delightful and accommodating. The property is super clean and beautiful from top to bottom. The pictures are exact. The location is within walking distance to the beach and all restaurants. I truly cannot say enough about this lovely home. We had the best stay with our family.

We have stayed at this property before Covid and every time I go the LA area, I look for this house. The location is great and house is super nice. Everything is as described. We stayed with family of 8 with two young kids and grandparents and there were plenty of space for everyone. The Kitchen is great for family gathering and meals. Property manager is super nice and responsive. Everyone loved the house and we will definitely be back again.

A gorgeous property in a fantastic location! We were a combination of adults and teenagers. The majority of our time was spent on the rooftop patio having coffee, cocktails, playing games, eating meals…the patio is the BEST and the fire pit makes it easy to transition from day to night without having to go inside! The entire house gives you plenty of room to either hang out together or spread out. The kids enjoyed spending late evenings in the media room. There are plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Can’t wait to schedule another visit (or two) next year!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. Leslie (the property manager) was able to accommodate our earlier check in request and met us at the property to show us the home. The place was beautiful, clean and spacious for the 6 of us (adults). Street parking was easy and free and we never felt the need to even use the garage. The beach, shopping and restaurants were just a few (easy walking) blocks away. I highly recommend this property and would love to stay there again
We wondered if this home would be as beautiful as the pictures made it look and we were so happy to find that it was! The 3 bedrooms were all very spacious and each had access to a bathroom. The rooftop deck was a very relaxing place to hang out. Although we didn't use it much, there was a large family room with a tv. We loved the main floor kitchen area and spent most of our time either there or on the deck upstairs. One recommendation if you stay here: take your own bath soap and shampoo. Not a big deal since we could just pick some up from the store, but something nice to know in advance. We look forward to staying here again! The property manager lives across the street and she was VERY responsive and nice. I'd highly recommend staying here.
This house is incredible. It is so beautiful and so well kept. The communication was the best ever!! The pastv3 years a group of old High School friends (we are all over 60) get together from all different states and just have fun. This location...this house...it was just all PERFECT!! THANK YOU for making our trip fabulous!!!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The accommodations are great with everything you need provided in the house. I love the rooftop patio. Great to be able to walk to the beach or to the downtown area. Definitely will be back again.
This house is fantastic! It's beautifully done with great finishes (one of the nicest kitchens I've seen in a VRBO), and it's super comfortable/homey as well. The location was perfect, check-in and check-out were seamless, and communicating with the hosts was easy.
This house is incredible! Everything you read in the description and more. Great experience with the property manager. There's a ton of space to spread out. I wish we would have booked a longer stay to spend more time in every part of the house! Rooftop patio is amazing, super convenient to have a bathroom up there. Would love to have one or two armchairs (in addition to the couch) in the big open living space but it was still very accommodating for a group of 4 adults and a baby. The location is excellent too - we were right next door to everything and getting to the beach was a total breeze. We would absolutely rent this property again!

We typically spend a week in HB in August. This property was AMAZING!! Very clean, updated interior/decorations. The rooftop was everyone’s favorite at 5:00 pm to enjoy a cocktail and some music. The gas fire pit was great for a glass of wine after dinner!! Close to downtown and the beach. We highly recommend this property.

There is nothing negative about this property. Its spacious but cozy. The beds are comfortable. The roof top deck was a great place to gather which we did every evening. Every aspect of the house is beautiful. It is within walking distance to beach and Main street. We also were close in proximity to our friends who live in Huntington. Would 100% stay here again.
We are repeat renters of this property and we just love it! The property is always clean and has large spaces for families to gather. It is perfect for a family reunion or family beach vacation. The management is friendly and responsive, as is the owner. This is our favorite place to stay and we will certainly be back!
The pictures listed are beautiful, however, when we first stepped foot inside this home we were all overwhelmed with how beautiful it actually was 🤩 The decor the architect and the furnishings were exquisite. Location is always key and this property had it. A perfect summer vacation! Leslie, the manager, was such a joy to work with and very accommodating. We have traveled around the world using VRBO properties for our long stays. The stay at this house made our top 3 favorite houses. It was immaculately finished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The property managers were extremely helpful and always available for us though we never really needed them because everything was in prime condition. We loved the setting, the amenities and the location. Jake has done a beautiful job making this a luxury home away from home for folks. We highly recommend this property
This was our first time booking and staying in a VRBO. This property was everything it stated and more!! The pictures don't do this house any justice. We enjoyed our stay and were so pleased at how close everything was to us. The house provided everything you need to enjoy the beach as well as cook dinners and relax at the house. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and pier and downtown area with many restaurants. We were able to go to the beach everyday and rinse off in the outdoor shower which was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice. The property manager, Leslie was very nice, texted us before our check in and showed us where everything was in the house. We enjoyed the beautiful kitchen, barbecue and rooftop d cleaning with the fire pit. Overall, it was the perfect beach house.
The property was better than what was advertised! Every aspect of the home was top notch and above and beyond what we were expecting. Location could not be better and the property provided everything we needed from a highchair to great beach chairs. Only problem was my wife did not want to leave.
This is the best house we stayed in ever! It is just so beautiful. It is spotlessly clean. The house itself is huge, spacious with high ceilings. Everything is highly upgraded. We rented this beautiful home for a family celebration. The home is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay and for entertaining. The home is exceptionally clean and is accurately depicted in the photos; however, it is even more spectacular than the pictures. The open floor plan includes a retractable glass door that spans nearly the entire front of the first floor of the house; opens entirely, thereby providing a lovely ocean breeze. The rooftop patio was a favorite spot for enjoying the evenings. Jake the owner is very responsive and Leslie, the house manager was welcoming and accommodating. Location is perfect and the beach, shopping, restaurants, and more are a short walk away. Highly recommend staying here and will return.
This property is wonderful for entertaining! We had 5-6 people staying overnight, but 16 for a graduation celebration. It was great; we all started in the great room; the younger folks played games in the den, then moved to the third floor deck for the fire pit as the night wore on. There was plenty of room for everyone. Loved it's proximity to the beach - 3 blocks - and downtown - a 10 minute walk. There are no bedrooms on the main level, so I wouldn't recommend this property if you are bringing someone who has difficulty with stairs.

The beach house is just amazing!! It has everything you need plus more! Just a couple blocks from the beach and all the shops/restaurants, but on a quiet street. And that roof top deck with fire pit, comfy furniture, outdoor TV, bar and even a bathroom was extra special! The home is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is over the top!! We will come back for sure!!
It is a rare opportunity to find a vacation home that not only is modern, expansive and beautifully appointed, but also has perfect entertaining areas, pristine new bathrooms and sleeping areas and has close proximity to shops and beaches. The owners and property managers were both professionals from check-in to check-out. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful property again!
This house design and efficiency could not have been any better! We could not have been happier with how nice, clean and locally convenient everything was. We will never forget staying here, it was just awesome and we hope to stay here again!
Upon arrival we were greeted by the very friendly property manager, Leslie. She oriented us the the property and how to operate all the amenities. This property was gorgeous, immaculately clean, and had tons of upgrades. It has a fully stocked kitchen and pantry. The beds were comfortable and had very soft sheets with extra blankets forif you need it. The upstairs deck with fire pit was prefect for hanging out and enjoying the weather in a comfortable setting and there is even a bathroom adjacent to the deck for convenience. There is a full supply of beach towels, chairs, sand toys and a wagon to help carry it all. My family of 5 loved this house and can’t wait to return for our next visit to surf city!! Only thing I feel was missing was bikes for the guests to use to ride around town or down to the beach.

We rented this beach home for a 25th birthday celebration. This is a beautiful, modern house which is very well equipped and very clean. Loved the beach supplies in the garage and loaded up the provided wagon for a a 5 minute walk to the beach. Close to the pier and many restaurants but still in a quiet neighborhood. The rooftop bar and tables were perfect for gathering outdoors. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely rent this house again.

From start to finish the experience was 5 stars! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by a huge family room and kitchen. The home is very spacious and has everything you need and extra! Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. The beds are super comfortable and the decor is lovely. We especially enjoyed the upstairs deck because it gave my family and I a relaxing outdoor setting for conversations and wine drinking! From the get-go, we were made to feel very welcomed and the managers quickly responded to any question I had. We loved that the beach was only a short 3 blocks away and everything you need from a cooler, lounge chairs, beach towels and even a cart to pull everything was readily available in the garage for our personal use. The home is beautiful and the bonus is that there are three parking spaces at the home. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation experience!

This beach house is perfect! So close to Main Street and the sand. Some VRBOs claim to be luxury and when you arrive they aren’t so luxury. This place is very luxury and you won’t be disappointed. The property managers are so accommodating and live across the street. We can’t wait to come back.

We rented this property with high expectations and during our stay each and every one of our expectations was excesses. The pictures of this property are beautiful but do not do it justice. The attention to detail in the decor and floor plan is amazing. The owner quickly responded to all our request prior to arrival and once we arrived we got to meet the property managers that lived across the way. They gave us a quick tour and we were left to enjoy our weekend getaway. The house was just a short walk to Main St and the beach and we walked it a couple times each day. The house itself was equipped with plenty of towels and beach toys, not to mention the pantry and spices available to us during the stay as well as all the cooking utensils and pans we could ever need. The appliances were top of the line and we enjoyed making use of them. We spent our nights on the third floor enjoying the outdoor patio and fire pit. We had guests come and go throughout our stay with no issues. The garage easily fits two vehicles and you can park a vehicle behind the garage. Our family really enjoyed our time here. This place is our new favorite and we look forward to planning more trips to this beautiful home.
Awesome house with easy walk to center of town and beach. Excellent house for entertaining...had 20 people over to celebrate my birthday. Property manager next door...very friendly and non-invasive. A few minor issues...kitchen could use some more utensils, nicer glasses, non-stick pans; we were unable to turn off the AC...I prefer the windows open and no AC...and the property manager did not have the access codes for the T-stat; fireplace had a gas issue and did not work. That's the worst I can come up with. This is a stunning house, loaded with features, in a great location. Money well spent. I give it a 10 out of 10, despite the minor issues.

This place is amazing. We just left and wish we would’ve stayed longer. It’s a short three blocks to the beach. They provided everything you needed for the beach.. chairs, toys, towels, wagon, coolers.. the golf cart makes it easy to go to dinner or just ride around town. Although everything is so close you could easily walk as well..we will definitely consider staying here next year! Thanks Jake for making everything so easy..you really have an amazing house!
We stayed the week of 7/4. This home is even more beautiful in person and beautifully designed. Loved the thick quartzite countertops throughout. The house was fully stocked. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop. Walking distance to everything. The house was plenty spacious for 4 adults and 3 kids.
This house is perfect! The house is stocked with everything you need to go to the beach or stay in and cook. We walked everyday to the beach and to dinner! We enjoyed the rooftop for relaxing and using the fire pit for the cool nights. It is by far the best beach house we have ever rented! We loved this house! It is Huntington Beach at its best, being located on a quiet residential street just a few blocks to the beach and downtown HB! The space is calm and beautifully laid out. We sat with friends and family by the fire pit on the upper deck every night. Every morning we were back up there with our coffee in hand. The open concept kitchen/LR opens To the fresh air. The bedrooms are away from the communal spaces (quiet!) The beds were super comfortable which is key for us. Leslie and Leo, the property managers, were very responsive to all questions. We would rent again in a second!
The house was awesome. Beautiful, comfortable and super clean. Easy walk to the beach, downtown and food. Our family really enjoyed our stay and plan on renting it again.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home. I’m always a little nervous about booking online but the owner responded to all of my questions quickly. We were in contact with the property managers at check in and throughout our stay and they were so helpful and kind! I never felt like a nuisance or that any of my questions were a problem. The location is perfect. Just a couple blocks to the beach but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The house is stocked with everything you would need including beach chairs, towels etc. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within a couple of blocks. I would absolutely stay here again! If I had any suggestions at all it would only be that we could have used a couple of extra pillows and blankets. Can’t wait for our next trip!
In my opinion....When it comes to “rental property”, it doesn’t get better then this! The only thing wrong with this house, is that it’s not mine 😂LOL. I’m an interior designer, so impressing me isn’t easy. The attention to detail in this home is truly top notch! Everything you can possibly think about needing for the beach or a gourmet dinner for 10 is yours to enjoy. The location is fantastic! Walking distance to Main Street but quiet and peaceful. I could go on for days in how happy I am to have found this beautiful getaway! Cannot wait to go back!!!
Our stay in this beautiful house was fantastic and relaxing. It is within 5mins to good restaurants and bars...and 3 blocks from the pier.The roof top terrace is so well fitted out the pictures do not do it justice...you have to experience it. The openness of the house and finishes in the bedrooms are top notch. Thanks to the property managers Leslie and Leo who made sure our stay was everything we expected it to be. Would definetly recommend to anyone as my 20yr old daughter and 17yr old son were impressed ...and that does not come easy!
We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 kids and we had just the right amount of space for us. We enjoyed the big open kitchen, dining and living room. We grilled out front and had fun diners at the counter top. We enjoyed the roof deck for happy hours and the fire place at night. The location was excellent as we could walk to the beach and Main St. The owner was very accommodating with a special request we had for a blow up mattress for one of the kids. The family decided we wanted to make this trip an annual tradition!
Great property and location was perfect for the beach or Main Street. We have vacationed in Huntington over the past 10-12 years and this property stacks up with the best of them. In particular a very recent renovation (build) with a particular focus on details throughout.
